About Our College

Economically prosperous Nanjangud Town was educationally backward. This educational backwardness of the people made them unable to cope up with modernization. Some people had the ability to go to far off Mysore, for education purpose, but it was not a mass movement. Allama Prabhu stated that – A human being can literate himself through knowledge rather than his work.

Knowledge is the essence. His Holiness Jagadguru Sri. Shivarathri Rajendra Mahaswamiji realized that only when we universalize knowledge we will be in a situation to face and to know about tradition and Modernization.

Parama poojya Jagadguru was deeply moved by the illiteracy which was prevailing in Nanjangud Taluk.  Sanyasi means renouncement of everything and his main aim is to gain Mukthi. But our Jagadguru set aside his individual liberation and strived to literate the world.

Rules and Regulations

Filled in applications with the following documents are to be submitted before the last date. List of selected candidate will be announced on the notice board.

  1. Copy of II PUC Marks card.
  2. Certificate for Date of Birth (SSLC Record)
  3. Transfer Certificate
  4. Income Certificate (for fee concession)
  5. Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/Cat-I/IIA/IIB/IIIA/IIIB)
  6. Three Passport size photograph of the candidate
  7. Eligibility certificate for candidate from other states.
