Physical education has become part and parcel of academic activity. Physical Education and Academic Activity must go hand in hand to reflect the significance of physical education in the life of younger generation. Physical education plays a very effective role in shaping the personality of the students. While academic education trains them mentally, morally and socially, physical education supplements that training by making them physically fit and intellectually disciplined. To realize the significance of physical education, the department has been striving to ensure quality practice to sports personnel’s to attain perfectness in all aspects of sports and games.

By stressing the importance of physical education the college has constructed an Indoor sports stadium with a built up area of 864 Sq. mtrs with an estimate cost of Rs. 39 Lakhs, where the students can play chess, Table tennis, carom, Chainese Chakkar, Wrestling, Yoga Centre, Multi Gym and Shuttle badminton.
